The clean hydrogen economy and Saudi Arabia: Domestic developments and international opportunities (Webinar)

New Fraunhofer co-authored book* & expert discussion

A new, first-of-its-kind book, co-authored and co-edited by Fraunhofer's Jan Braun, provides a multifaceted analysis of the "who," "what," "where," and "why" related to the clean hydrogen economy within and beyond Saudi Arabia.

In this session, three authors present several of the main findings from this book and discuss with distinguished energy experts the future of the clean hydrogen economy and Saudi Arabia's role.

The book provides a first-of-its-kind analysis from the vantage point of one of the world's biggest energy providers: Saudi Arabia. More broadly, the book charts a course for fossil fuel-exporting countries such as Saudi Arabia to carve a competitive position for themselves over the forthcoming decades using clean hydrogen as a catalyst for the energy transition.
